Refund and Returns Policy

In the world of car care, a part that doesn’t fit is a part that doesn’t work. Our policy is designed to get you the right gear with minimal downtime.

3.1 The “Uninstalled” Condition

To qualify for a return within 7 days, the item must be in “as-new” condition.

  • No Marks: Any item showing signs of installation (bolt marks, grease, or scratches) is non-returnable.
  • Original Packaging: The box and internal protective materials must be intact.

3.2 Non-Returnable Items

For safety and chemical integrity:

  • Opened Liquids: Engine oils, ceramic coatings, or cleaning sprays once the seal is broken.
  • Electrical Components: Sensors or LED kits once the internal wiring has been connected or the seal tampered with.
  • Used Car Covers: Items that have been used outdoors and show signs of dust or weathering.

3.3 The Diagnostic Process

  1. Claim: Email support@autoally.store with your order ID and clear photos showing the “Uninstalled” state of the product.
  2. Verification: For electronic accessories (like dash cams), our team may provide remote troubleshooting.
  3. Collection: For defective or incorrectly shipped items, we arrange a priority pickup. For “Change of Mind” returns, the customer bears the return logistics cost (typically PKR 500-1500 depending on weight).

3.4 Refunds & Replacements

  • Replacements: We prioritize sending the correct part to get your vehicle back on the road.
  • Refunds: Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method or bank transfer within 10–14 business days.
